资深数值策划（ARPG/ACT） 北京 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 1.系统与框架设计-共同负责游戏整体系统逻辑与结构框架设计,建立经济循环、成长驱动与资源生态;-参与并主导战斗、关卡、养成等核心玩法模块的系统化拆解与融合;-以数据逻辑为核心,设计玩家成长节奏、资源产出与消耗机制,保持系统平衡与长期动力。2.数值体系与平衡-共同负责数值框架设计与建模,包括:成长曲线、战斗强度、经济通胀、收益结构;-结合系统目标与内容节奏,制定多层级数值模型(战斗自循环/资源/玩家成长);-跟进实测与数据分析,调优游戏难度、战斗爽感与经济平衡;3.系统协同与体验统筹-与战斗关卡同学协作,统一节奏基调与难度成长节奏;-推动系统数值策划、战斗关卡策划的协同机制,确保体验一致性;-参与核心体验评审,用数据验证设计方向。4.版本规划与设计把控-参与版本规划,定义数值与系统目标;-审核系统与数值方案,指导策划团队执行与平衡调优;-与制作人协作,共同构建产品长期可持续发展的系统框架。 职位要求 -5年以上游戏策划经验,3年以上数值或系统核心岗位经验;-至少完整参与过一款中重度或PRG类手游(如ARPG/ACT/MMORPG/卡牌)的系统与数值架构设计;-熟悉玩家成长曲线、经济系统、战斗节奏与平衡逻辑;-精通Excel、建模与数值验证工具,能快速搭建模型并验证假设;-具备系统性思维、抽象逻辑与跨部门沟通能力;-热爱ARPG游戏,对战斗向产品的经济节奏有理解。【加分项】-有MMO/ARPG/ACT/Roguelike类游戏系统框架经验;-能搭建轻量级经济仿真或数据监控模型;-了解玩家动机分析与留存驱动机制;-喜欢玩ARPG,ACT游戏 投递...
