SUMMARY OF THE ROLE MindSearch企业版是阿斯利康中国自主研发的企业级AI知识助手，底层依托CKP（企业知识底座）和CDP（数据底座），通过检索增强生成（RAG）技术与大语言模型（目前采用阿里云及全球LLM端点的组合调用）实现自然语言问答和跨系统语义检索，并不断沉淀、复用已有的Agent/Skill来提升企业内部效率。产品目前已覆盖企业、部门、个人三级知识库，同时支持服务类查询和AI4BI等业务智能问询，服务对象涵盖IT、HR、财务、采购、SFE、研发、医学等多个职能与业务部门。 我们正在招募一位充满激情和想法的AI 平台FDE负责人（Manager – AI Platform FDE）全面负责MindSearch企业版的产品战略、需求管理和迭代交付。这个岗位需要能独立判断产品方向，深入研发、医学、财务、IT、HR等业务部门了解真实需求，同时对接平台内的各类Agent合作方（如AI4BI团队、iSupport团队、MindSearch学术版[面向销售代表，合规管控更严格]、各部门知识库负责人）以及外部技术合作方（如iSoftstone），在技术可行性、用户体验和业务价值之间做好取舍。MindSearch企业版目前承载着AI4BI、各部门知识库Agent等多个业务/职能领域的Agent能力，这个角色需要和各Agent合作方保持紧密协调，让大家在统一的平台标准和开发规范下推进迭代，避免体验割裂、各自为战，保障平台长期健康发展；同时也要推动变革管理，让更多用户真正用起来MindSearch，落地AZ的AI30策略。 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 负责MindSearch企业版的整体产品战略和路线图规划，独立判断优先级，平衡业务价值、技术可行性和资源投入。 作为MindSearch企业版的FDE负责人，制定并维护平台的开发规范与接入标准，协调AI4BI、iSupport、各部门知识库Agent等合作方在统一平台上开发迭代，保证各Agent能力的一致性和协同性；同时和MindSearch学术版（面向销售代表，合规管控更严格）保持互动，双方在部分产品能力和用户体验上互相借鉴、共同迭代。 统筹企业知识库、部门知识库、个人知识库三级知识体系的内容治理、权限策略与知识沉淀机制，把好分级权限管控和数据安全这道关。 和内部技术团队及外部开发合作方（如iSoftstone）紧密协作，跟踪问答准确率、调优频率等核心运营指标，保障产品稳定运行、持续优化。 深入研发、医学、财务、IT、HR、采购、SFE等业务部门做需求调研，识别高价值场景（包括AI4BI等业务智能问询场景），转化为清晰的产品需求和用户故事。 推动产品路线图相关功能的规划落地（如知识卡片标准化、PPT生成Skill （MindDeck）、一拍即答等能力）。 制定并跟踪核心产品指标（如自动回复率、平均响应时间、用户采纳率、问答准确率等），用数据说话，持续优化产品体验和业务价值。 确保产品符合公司统一身份认证、数据安全与隐私保护要求，以及医药行业相关的信息安全与合规规范。 推动MindSearch在企业内部的推广和使用，收集用户反馈，和业务方、各Agent合作方及技术团队保持常态化沟通。 REQUIREMENTS 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、信息管理或相关专业优先。 5年以上产品经理/产品负责人相关经验，其中至少1～2年是AI/搜索/知识管理/RAG/智能问答类产品经验，做过完整的从0到1或从1到N的项目。对AI FDE的工作方式有基本了解 了解大语言模型（如Qwen、GPT系列）、检索增强生成（RAG）、Agent路由等AI应用相关技术，能和技术团队顺畅对话，判断技术方案的合理性和边界。 能统筹多方供应商/外部开发团队协作，同时管理内部业务方与外部技术合作方的项目推进和交付节奏。 业务理解能力强、需求转化到位，能独立与研发、医学、财务、IT等业务部门深度沟通，并就产品方向做出独立、有据可依的决策。 有数据驱动的产品思维，能设计并跟踪核心产品指标（如准确率、响应时间、采纳率等），持续验证和优化产品假设。 善于协调多方合作伙伴（内部业务团队、外部技术供应商、平台内其他Agent团队），有统一平台标准下协同开发经验者优先。 中英文沟通表达能力强，能撰写清晰的产品文档（PRD）、路线图及汇报材料。 有医药、生命科学或大型企业内部数字化平台产品经验者优先。 自驱力强、思维结构化，抗压能力好，能在多方利益相关者、优先级多变的环境中保持清晰的产品判断。 Date Posted21-8月-2026 Closing Date30-10月-2026 AstraZeneca embraces diversity
