Job Description NIQ/GfK致力于通过深度消费者洞察帮助客户实现业务增长。 作为定性研究团队的核心成员，您将负责科技与耐用品（Tech & Durable）行业重点客户，包括但不限于：消费电子/手机及智能终端/家电/智能家居/IT及数字设备/新兴科技产品 您将作为客户可信赖的战略合作伙伴，带领团队为客户提供高质量洞察咨询服务，推动客户增长，同时支持业务拓展及团队发展。 主要职责 一、客户管理与战略合作 负责科技与耐用品行业重点客户的日常管理与战略合作。 与客户高层（市场部、消费者洞察部、产品部、创新部及战略部门）建立长期伙伴关系。 深入理解客户业务挑战，并转化为有价值的研究解决方案。 主导客户项目汇报及高层沟通。 提供具有商业价值和可执行性的消费者洞察建议。 持续提升客户满意度及合作深度。 二、研究项目管理与专业领导 独立领导定性研究项目全流程，包括：品牌研究、产品创新研究、概念测试、用户体验研究（UX）、消费者旅程研究、品牌传播研究、零售与购物者研究。 设计研究框架与方法论。 指导访谈、焦点小组及其他定性研究执行工作。 完成分析、策略洞察提炼及故事线搭建。 整合多维度数据输出商业建议。 推动数字化及创新研究方法的应用。 三、业务拓展与商业增长 负责所辖客户业务增长及收入目标达成。 主导项目提案撰写及客户竞标工作。 挖掘现有客户及潜在客户商业机会。 与销售及客户团队协同推动客户增长计划。 参与行业洞察发布及市场影响力建设。 四、行业洞察与思想领导力 持续关注科技与耐用品行业发展趋势。 深入了解消费者行为变化、技术创新及市场动态。 输出行业观点及研究成果。 代表公司参与行业论坛、客户活动及市场交流。 Qualifications 统招本科及以上学历。 5年以上市场研究、消费者洞察、咨询相关经验。 丰富的定性研究项目经验。
Job Description 关于岗位 随着中国科技与耐用消费品（Tech & Durable）行业客户对消费者洞察需求从定制化研究项目逐步转向标准化、可复制和可规模化的创新解决方案，NIQ正在持续升级围绕 Innovation、NPS及消费者洞察的产品化能力。 作为Tech & Durable Innovation业务线的重要成员，Customer Success Manager将负责客户项目交付、客户价值实现及长期客户成功管理，通过专业的消费者研究能力和行业洞察，帮助客户将研究结果转化为业务决策与产品创新行动。 该岗位既是客户值得信赖的洞察顾问，也是连接客户需求、研究团队和产品团队的重要桥梁。 主要职责 1. Client Success & Strategic Partnership 作为客户日常主要接口，建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系 深入理解科技与耐用消费品客户的业务战略、产品规划及创新需求 主动识别客户业务痛点及增长机会，帮助客户充分发挥洞察价值 通过持续的咨询与建议，推动客户长期合作及客户满意度提升 成为客户在消费者洞察、产品创新及用户体验领域的可信赖顾问 2.
