- 以流利日语为工作语言，对接日本客户 （业务/IT/采购），主持需求访谈、澄清会、需求评审会，精准捕捉B2B电商核心需求（经销商管理、批量下单、报价审批、账户层级、ERP集成等）。 - 负责需求全流程管控，完成日文版需求文档（要件定義書、Fit&Gap分析、用户故事、验收标准）的撰写、审核与确认，管理需求变更，协调客户与实施团队达成共识，控制项目范围。 - 结合Salesforce B2B Commerce产品特性，为客户提供需求优化建议，平衡业务需求与系统可行性，规避需求模糊、不合理导致的项目风险 Job Description: 工作范围： (1）初期测试把控（重点） 主导项目初期测试全流程，包括测试计划（日文版）制定、测试用例（贴合B2B场景）设计、测试环境搭建协调，聚焦核心功能测试（商品、报价、订单、权限、登录认证等）。 组织初期单元测试、集成测试、冒烟测试，审核测试报告，跟踪缺陷闭环，确保初期功能符合需求标准，规避后期大规模返工。 协调测试团队、开发团队、客户测试人员，明确测试优先级，解决测试过程中的需求歧义、功能异常，同步测试进度至客户与项目组。 （2）项目全生命周期管理 制定日文版项目计划（WBS、里程碑、甘特图）、预算、资源计划与风险清单，采用Agile/Scrum模式，主持每日站会、迭代规划会、复盘会，管控项目进度、成本、质量与风险。 协调Salesforce实施团队、开发团队、测试团队、第三方集成方（ERP/物流/支付），推进项目各环节落地，解决跨团队沟通壁垒。 定期向客户（日文）与上级提交项目周报、月报，汇报项目健康度、进度偏差、风险及应对方案，管理客户预期，处理客户投诉与诉求。 负责项目上线前初期测试验收把关，配合后续UAT测试、上线准备与运维移交，确保项目顺利交付。 （3）Salesforce专业支撑 依托自身Salesforce认证能力，理解Salesforce B2B Commerce（Classic/Composable Storefront）核心功能与架构，为项目实施提供产品层面的专业建议。 协助团队把控Salesforce配置、开发规范，确保项目交付符合Salesforce平台标准，规避平台使用风险。 任职要求（硬性必达+优先条件） （一）硬性要求 学历：本科及以上，计算机、电商、项目管理、日语相关专业优先。 经验：3年以上IT项目管理经验，2年以上Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce项目管理经验，有对日项目管理经验者优先。 认证：必须持有1项及以上Salesforce官方认证（优先：B2B Commerce Specialist、B2C Commerce Consultant/Developer、Platform App Builder）。 日语能力：日语N1及以上，流利商务口语+书面能力，可独立用日语主持会议、撰写文档、沟通需求与问题，熟悉日本商务礼仪与沟通习惯。 核心能力：具备扎实的需求管理、初期测试把控能力，熟悉Agile/Scrum项目管理方法，能独立统筹中小型Salesforce B2B项目。 （二）技能要求 熟悉Salesforce B2B
