The Impact Youll Make 作为电力电子经理，你将负责变频器硬件平台的技术管理与交付统筹，组织功率回路、控制电路、EMC及可靠性设计评审，推动产品在性能、成本与质量上的综合竞争力达成，协同技术团队支撑平台化与长期技术演进。 What You’ll Be Doing 1. 高性价比硬件设计体系构建 成本目标前置：在产品定义阶段即参与成本目标制定，将BOM成本、制造成本、维护成本纳入设计约束 器件选型优化：建立核心器件（IGBT、电容、电感、控制芯片等）的选型库与替代方案库，在性能与成本间找到最优解 设计简化与标准化：通过拓扑优化、功能复用、模块化设计减少冗余，降低复杂度与成本 DFM/DFC（面向制造与成本的设计）：与供应链、生产部门协同，从设计端降低加工难度与物料成本 2. 团队技术能力建设 诊断团队现有技术短板，制定分层培养计划（老员工技术深化 vs 新员工基础夯实） 建立硬件设计规范、评审机制与知识库，将历史积累转化为可复用的组织资产 引入或设计针对性的技术培训（功率电子、EMC设计、热设计、可靠性工程等） 推动AB角机制建设与知识传承 3. 项目与技术管理 统筹变频器硬件项目的方案设计、原理图/PCB评审、样机调试及量产导入 把控关键节点：IGBT/IPM选型、驱动电路设计、电源设计、EMC整改、安规认证 建立设计评审（Design Review）机制，降低设计返工率 协调与软件、结构、供应链等跨部门协作 4. 技术攻坚与创新 主导或参与技术难点攻关（如高功率密度设计、低EMI方案、散热优化） 跟踪行业技术趋势（SiC/GaN应用、模块化设计、数字电源等），评估技术预研方向 对历史产品的技术债务进行梳理与优化 5.
