【27届校招】大模型算法工程师（海外VLA / World Model 方向） 北京、广州 正式 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 职位描述1、负责面向海外市场的自动驾驶生成式世界模型（Generative World Model）的研究、开发与量产落地，重点方向包括但不限于：（1）驾驶场景生成与未来预测：基于扩散模型 / 自回归等生成式架构，实现动作可控（action-conditioned）、多视角一致、长时序稳定的驾驶环境视频生成与演化预测；（2）生成式数据引擎：面向海外长尾场景进行数据合成、增广与跨地域风格迁移，系统性缓解海外数据稀缺问题。2、负责VLA（Vision-Language-Action）大模型在海外场景的研究、开发与量产落地，重点方向包括但不限于：（1）海外场景理解与推理能力：构建面向海外交通体系的多模态理解与推理能力，覆盖本地化交通标志/标线/信号灯体系与交规语义理解，提升 VLA 模型在海外场景下的决策能力；（2）分析各国道路结构、交通规则与驾驶习惯差异，设计跨地域泛化的训练策略与评测体系，支撑海外量产项目交付；3、构建海外数据闭环：与数据、仿真、量产工程团队协作，完成数据集构建与分析、清洗与标注、模型评估与持续迭代，并满足海外数据合规要求。 职位要求 职位要求 1、计算机科学、人工智能、电子工程、自动化等相关专业硕士 / 博士学历。2、具备扎实的深度学习与生成式模型基础：熟悉 Diffusion / Flow Matching / 自回归视频生成 / VAE 及视觉 tokenizer 等主流生成式架构，掌握大模型训练范式（预训练、SFT、RLHF / 对齐等）。3、熟练使用
