JOB DESCRIPTION: 一、岗位概述 负责公司药品业务核心产品中央市场准入相关工作，专注国家层面市场准入全流程跟进与落地执行，不仅限于国家层面医保、卫生健康等部委对接等事务，保障国家市场准入项目高效推进、顺利完成。 二、核心职责 1. 国家准入项目执行 • 全程跟进国家医保目录调整、价格管理、支付方式改革、基本药物等全流程执行工作。 • 负责项目进度管控、节点跟进、问题反馈与风险提示，确保按时高质量完成。 2. 政策跟踪与外部沟通 • 跟踪国家医保、卫生等相关政策动态，及时整理要点并同步内部。 • 协助维护与国家医保局、国家卫健委等部委的日常沟通，完成材料对接、协调及信息反馈等执行工作。 3. 跨部门协同与内部支撑 • 协同市场、销售、医学、财务、合规等部门，落实准入相关事项与任务推进。 三、资格 1. 教育与专业背景 • 本科及以上学历，医学、公共卫生、经济学、药学等相关复合背景优先。 2.工作经验 5年及以上医药行业经验，2年及以上中央市场准入执行经验。 完整参与过国家医保目录调整或国家集采相关执行经验优先。 3. 知识与技能 • 熟悉国家医药政策、医保及卫生领域目录调整流程与政策跟进。 • 具备扎实的材料撰写、数据整理、项目执行与进度管控能力。 •
